Schedule an Appointment

You may schedule your dermatology and aesthetic appointments online by clicking the blue “Schedule an Appointment” icon to the right (below if on mobile). Please have access to your email and insurance card to complete the request.

If this is your first visit with our practice, select an appointment labeled ‘New’ (for example, New Patient Acne). A skin exam includes a full-body mole check and skin cancer screening. Please note that due to the time and complexity of the skin exam, any specific skin concerns not related to your skin exam are addressed at separate appointments.

After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirming it was received. A second email will be sent once your appointment has been accepted and scheduled. If you do not receive the second confirmation within 3 business days, please call our office, 615-771-1881.

Insurance and Payment Policy:

• Please verify that we are an in-network provider with your insurance.

• Payment is due at the time of your appointment, including any copay, deductible, or coinsurance required by your individual plan. If you have questions about your coverage, please contact the member services number on the back of your insurance card.

Prior to Your Scheduled Appointment:

You will receive an email from [email protected] to verify your email and create a username and password for your Sadio patient portal. 

Late Show Policy: 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule to ensure all patients are seen in a timely manner. 

No Show Policy: 

A $50 no-show fee will be applied for any missed appointments. For missed surgical, Mohs, or cosmetic procedure appointments, a $150 fee will be applied.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow other patients on our waitlist to be seen. Text reminders are sent 2 weeks and 3 days before your appointment to confirm or cancel. To reschedule a cancelled appointment, please call our office. A $50 fee will apply to any cancellations made within 48 hours of your visit.
