Ashley Rauch joined Franklin Dermatology in 2020, bringing a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for dermatology. Initially serving as a registered nurse, Ashley’s close collaboration with senior providers sparked her desire to advance her education and specialize further in the field. She has since earned her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a focused commitment to dermatologic care.
A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baptist College of Health Sciences. She began her career in pediatric critical care, working in the CVICU at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. After relocating to Nashville, she transitioned into dermatology, where she discovered her long-term professional calling. Ashley went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Ashley is dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered dermatologic care for individuals of all ages. She values building long-term relationships with her patients and is known for her compassionate, attentive approach to treatment.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Felix, and their beloved Pomeranian, Dempsey. She loves reading, staying active, and traveling—especially to Germany to visit her husband’s hometown!
